Team-bonding is not limited to work space.
You can have people in your team but not work together, but, when you work together, that’s when you can enjoy your work environment. We spend most of the hours in a day at our work place, which means we spend more time at work than anywhere else, most of the days. Hence, it is the responsibility of everyone in the team to celebrate each other and work peacefully with each other so life can be bearable.
So many people love what they do but do not like where they work because of unhealthy relationships at work place. They can’t talk freely or express themselves freely. Everyone is always on the other person’s throat. How can you work or live like that? You will end up frustrating each other! So, going forward, do all you can to not only love what you do but also love the people you work with. It will help your growth at that work place.
