Let’s Be Real for a Sec…

When we talk about growth mindset, most of us be like:

“Yup! Gotta secure that promotion at work!”

“Let me upskill for that next big role!”

“Time to LEVEL UP at work!”

But hold up… what about the things of God?

Like seriously…

Do we have that same energy when it comes to:

⛪ Serving in God’s house?

🕊 Sharpening our spiritual gifts?

📖 Growing in our purpose?

We’re out here taking courses, attending webinars, and grinding 24/7… but when it comes to purpose, we’re like:

“Holy Spirit will handle it…”

Uhm, sis/bro, growth doesn’t work like that!

So here’s a little heart check:

Are you upgrading spiritually too?

Are you nurturing that fire God put in you?

Or are you just letting your gift chill on the shelf like, “Maybe next year…”

Let’s grow in every area — including purpose and calling. God deserves our best too!
