Please Avoid Burn-Out

Saw this picture and it resonates with me as I am sure it will with most people.
We have become masters in burning out our bodies. We keep working and pushing ourselves until there’s a breakdown and the body can’t take it no more.
But what is the solution? There’s always so much to be done and the time has not changed from 24hours. Besides, other limitations will always be there…
Well, here are some things that can help:
Planning your day; having a daily target for yourself which will be drawn from your yearly or monthly or weekly one. But even when you have a plan, do you have it written down somewhere? This is important.
Organise yourself. This will be easier once you have a written plan.
Whatever you do, DO NOT PROCASTINATE! You will never do a thing once you start this. And unfortunately, it will most likely become a habit after some time.
I know you get the gist already so I’ll stop here.
PLEASE AVOID BURNOUT. You’ll never recognize yourself if you are burnt.
